I ordered online but the product didn't suit me, no store took it back from me. It is impossible to return it because there is no shipping slip when sending my package or on my personal space. I called after-sales service who told me that my waiting time was 6 minutes and after 30m still no one!! Unacceptable! They know how to sell but then there's no one left when you have a problem!

Hello, I stopped by your store to make purchases. I had discounts so a gift of 37.50e. My gift a 30ml tube of cream for wrinkles. I find that they are making fun of the customer. The tube is a sample. And not a gift. Sincerely.
